Hello! Am Police Senior Inspector Emilex Torres Mabalot, RN. Presently am designated as the Chief of Police of Bansalan. I am very thankful and grateful to find an organization/foundation having these very noble missions. Being the Chief of Police, though not directly my responsibility but I have to look back from the very root caused of the problem or to answer the question why crime was committed? In treating violators, approach should be holistic not just focusing on the crime committed but the reason behind as well.

As I came to see this website and told myself. At last my burden will be lessen. At any instance that you think our organization, the PNP could be of great help for you feel free to see us. On behalf of the PNP organization we will never say No as long as it is within the bounce of our duties and responsibilities.
